Each of the terms mentioned below will have the following meaning in these General Conditions of Sale of the Weetyu Service (hereinafter referred to as the “CGV”):
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an advertiser connected to their personal account for paid service(s).
Toute souscription d'service(s) payante(s) et/ou achat de crédits par un Annonceur vaut acceptation pleine et entière des CGV en vigueur.
Subscribing to one or more paid service(s) is exclusively accessible to advertisers connected to their Personal accounts on the website and/or the applications.
The price varies depending on the service chosen.
The Advertiser acknowledges and accepts that any advertisement posted in a category not corresponding to the product or service offered may be deleted at any time by Weetyu Cameroun without compensation or right to reimbursement of sums incurred for the purpose of subscribing to subscriptions or paid services.
Advertisements are classified on the Weetyu Service in chronological order, according to the date and time of their posting online. Consequently, all advertisers recognize and accept that their presence at the top of the list is only provisional.
Paid services can be subscribed to by any advertiser connected to their personal account from the website and the applications:
■ either from the submission form when submitting an Advertisement
■ or at any time during the broadcast of an Advertisement Announcement
For the ad-serving service, the validity period is until the ad is removed for reasons specified in this document.
The service of access to an advertiser's contact has a variable duration depending on the package, as specified below.
Modifying a personal account does not influence the duration of the paid service(s) subscribed to.
The deletion of a personal account results in the deletion of any advertisement(s) attached to this account (same email address) and, consequently, of any paid service(s) subscribed to. (s) for these advertisements and gives no right to reimbursement or compensation, which the advertiser acknowledges and accepts.
The ad is broadcast and is now visible to all other users of the site.
This service allows you to obtain contact information from 5 landlords every 24 hours. It is available in the following time frames:

Subscription to one or more paid services is done through our payment aggregator:
Payment is due when subscribing to each paid service.

The invoices and supporting documents will appear in the Personal Account.
The Advertiser, from the 'My Purchases' tab, can download, in PDF format, its invoices and supporting documents relating to the subscription of paid services.
Paid services are non-refundable.
In case of deletion of Announcement
If the broadcast of an Advertisement is refused by Weetyu Cameroon due to its non-compliance with the broadcast rules of the Weetyu Advertiser Service, the amount paid will be gradually deducted from future advertisements.
On the other hand, if Weetyu Cameroun were forced to delete the Advertisement currently being broadcast due to its non-compliance with the broadcast rules of the Weetyu Service and in particular because its content was legitimately reported as abusive, Weetyu Cameroun will not reimburse not to the Advertiser the credits and/or the amount of the paid service(s) subscribed when submitting or modifying the Advertisement thus deleted during broadcast.
In case of deletion of a Personal Account
The deletion of a Personal Account entails the deletion of any attached Advertisement(s), and consequently, the deletion of any paid service(s) subscribed for these Advertisements and does not entitle you to any right to reimbursement or compensation, which the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts.
Pursuant to Article 7 of Chapter III of FRAMEWORK LAW N° 2011/012 OF MAY 6, 2011 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Advertiser has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to withdraw. . However, by validating the order, the Advertiser accepts that Weetyu Cameroun begins to perform the service and expressly waives its right of withdrawal.
Weetyu Cameroun cannot be held liable in the event of non-execution or poor execution of the order due, either due to the Advertiser or a case of major forces
These General Terms and Conditions are applicable from November 19, 2020.
Weetyu Cameroun reserves the right, at any time, to modify the General Terms and Conditions in whole or in part.
Advertisers are invited to regularly consult the T&Cs in order to be aware of the changes made.
